Himalayan Hues to Chasing sunsets. Wheels to Paths of Legends
Everest View Motorcycle Tour
The adventure begins in Kathmandu, the bustling capital city of Nepal. After acquainting yourself with the vibrant local culture and exploring the city’s ancient temples, you’ll set off towards Khurkot. As you rev your engine and ride along the winding roads, the sense of freedom and the wind in your face will invigorate your spirit.
Continuing our ride, we’ll make our way to Pattale, a small hilltop village in the lush hills of Solukhumbhu district, Home of Mount Everest. Pattale offers sweeping panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges, including the mighty Everest. As you navigate the challenging terrains and ascend to higher altitudes, the thrill of conquering each twist and turn is matched only by the amazing rhododendron and pine forest that unfold before you.
The journey continues to Bardibas, a charming town that serves as a gateway to the historic city of Janakpur. Here, we’ll have the opportunity to explore the sacred temples and immerse yourself in the religious and cultural significance of this holy site. The vibrant atmosphere, adorned with colorful decorations and lively festivities, will leave an indelible impression on your soul. Janakpur is the holy place where Goddess Sita was born according to holy Ramayana epic.
From Janakpur, we’ll venture southward towards Birgunj, a bustling commercial hub located near the Indo-Nepal border and reach border point. Riding around the border crossing, you’ll experience the unique contrast between two countries, immersing yourself in the distinct cultures, languages, and customs that define this region. The friendly locals and bustling markets offer a glimpse into the vibrant trade and commerce that connects Nepal with its southern neighbor.
Leaving the border behind, your motorcycle adventure takes you to Chitwan, a renowned wildlife sanctuary and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you can experience the thrill of an elephant safari or a jeep ride through the dense jungles, encountering rare species such as the one-horned rhinoceros and the Bengal tiger. The harmony between nature and wildlife will leave you in awe.
From Chitwan, the journey continues to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha and a significant pilgrimage site for Buddhists worldwide. Riding through the tranquil countryside, you’ll reach this sacred destination where you can explore the ancient ruins, monasteries, and the revered Mayadevi Temple. The serenity and spiritual aura of Lumbini provide a welcome respite from the exhilaration of the road.
As your adventure draws towards its conclusion, you’ll head to Pokhara, a picturesque city nestled on the banks of Phewa Lake. Surrounded by majestic mountains, including the iconic Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) peak, Pokhara offers a serene ambiance and a range of outdoor activities. Take a break from riding and indulge in paragliding, boating, or simply relax and soak in the breathtaking mountain views.
The penultimate stop on this motorcycle odyssey is Bandipur, a beautifully preserved Newari hilltop town that exudes old-world charm. With its cobbled streets, traditional architecture, and panoramic views.
